I was born in 1988 in Pordenone, a rich and quiet city in the North-East of Italy. In 2011 I graduated in Cinema at the University of Bologna, with a thesis on the movie “A Scanner Darkly”, directed by Richard Linklater.

In 2009 I moved to the United States where I studied for a year as an Exchange Student at the University of California Santa Barbara. During this period I was awarded with a Sherrill and Dorothy Award for Best Editing for a documentary I worked on.

After a few months in Italy, in 2011 I returned to the States. I first worked as a freelance in the Los Angeles Area, then I moved to Austin, Texas, for an Internship at Detour Filmproduction, the film company owned by Richard Linklater.

Since 2012 I have been working as a Freelance Director and Editor for Commercials and Corporate Videos, and as a Digital Compositor in Italian Independent Cinema.

Sono Italiano di origini serbe. Pure il tuo cognome suona serbo. C’è qualche nesso?

Mio padre è nato a Pola, in Croazia, quindi il mio cognome viene da quelle parti, anche se non sappiamo esattamente da dove.
